These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with SANYU Adventures Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a tour or travel package with us, you (“you”, “the client”, “traveler”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
A deposit of [insert % or amount] is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be made no later than [e.g. 60 days] before the departure date unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email has been issued.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or secure online payment gateways.
3. Pricing and Inclusions

Package prices typically include: accommodation, transport, entry fees, guide services, and some meals (detailed in each itinerary).
International airfare, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses, and optional activities are not included unless specified.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
By the Client:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
More than 60 days before departure: [e.g. full refund less deposit]
30–59 days: 50% of total price
Less than 30 days: No refund
We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.
By SANYU Adventures:
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety, natural disasters, insufficient bookings).
If we cancel, you will be offered an alternative date, credit, or a full refund (excluding costs not paid to us directly, such as international flights).
5. Amendments
Any amendments requested after booking confirmation may incur an administrative fee and any additional supplier charges.
We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers.
Insurance should cover medical emergencies, cancellation, theft, and personal liability.
Proof of insurance must be provided before departure.
7. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date.
You must obtain all necessary visas and vaccinations before travel.
We provide guidance but are not liable for missed departures due to incomplete travel documentation.
8. Health and Fitness
Some tours may involve physical activities such as walking or hiking.
You must advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to decline participation for safety or logistical reasons.
9. Liability
We act as agents for third-party service providers and are not liable for their acts or omissions.
While we take reasonable care in selecting service providers and maintaining safety, travel involves inherent risks.
We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure, weather, political unrest, or public health emergencies.
10. Behavior and Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to guides, staff, other travelers, or local communities.
No refund will be given in such cases.
11. Photography and Media
Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required to deliver your travel experience.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
