✅ Scholarship Eligibility

To apply for the Africation Diaspora Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be of African descent (including African diaspora or mixed heritage).
  2. Be 18 years or older at the time of travel.
  3. Reside outside Africa, with priority given to applicants from New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific.
  4. Demonstrate a strong desire to reconnect with African roots, culture, or heritage.
  5. Be available to travel on the scheduled group departure in September 2025.
  6. Be willing to participate in storytelling, interviews, or photo sharing to inspire others on their journey home.
  7. Have access to basic travel documents (or a plan to obtain them before the trip).
  8. Be willing to complete a cultural reflection form and a discovery call as part of the selection process.
